We do whole animal butchery in house so we can provide you with any cut you’re looking for! We specialize in offering the great cuts that you won’t often find elsewhere making the most of every part of the animal. We also make all of our own sausages, bacon, stocks/broths, marinades, hams, and other prepared products in house.
